My name is Jorge Amor and I’m a liquid specialist and tabletop special effects pro - SFX.
Based in Lisbon, Portugal, along the last 20 years I’ve been working in and for the film industry.

I started my career path in Props and Art Department, throughout the years I found new needs that urged for creative solutions and I was frequently that guy who found them, so my abilities and tastes have evolved and changed a lot in that sense. Nowadays I work mostly on film commercials.

Product care, Tabletop, and SFX are my specialties. For the last 10 years, I have been developing techniques and ideas so that directors and clients can shoot the product effectively and in the best way one can imagine.

My work spectrum is inside the world of food, drinks, and also other general products that have the need be shown to major audiences with finesse, aesthetics, emotion and appetite appeal. A good and defying challenge is what I mostly aim and enjoy for every new gig.

Every job is singular and unique and I live it with the same enthusiasm of my first day as a professional.
